New settings????

Just had a message pop on my screen that said "new settings available for your iPhone. Would u like to update?". So I clicked yes and nothing happened and I didn't notice anything new.

Anyone else have this? What was changed?

Its was just a carrier update, you should have seen you signal bars go all the way down and then back up.
