New Phone Question with Contacts

I went to settings and set to view and display my contacts both last, first.
When I open up contacts from the Contacts icon everything looks good per my settings but if I open up contacts from the phone icon > select the small contacts icon along the bottom the names come out as First, Last order.
Anyone know if there is an additional setting for alpha order for that area?

I've never paid attiention to that, but if that doesn't suppose to be like that, try restarting your phone see if it helps.

Yes turning it off and on worked, Phone is fine now!
