Hi there thank goodness for these forums today i recieved my iphone4 from a site which i thought was American when i open my phone up its all in chinese so i think ive been conned when i try to connect to itunes its not recognising my phone so will i be able to do anything with this phone or am i goosed please help me as im not all that good with phones and about to crack up as this hopefully a lot of money not wasted.

Looking at my phone I don see anywhere a setting to switch languages. My guess, is your screwed.

Have you tried doing a reset on the phone and setting it up as a new iphone because there it gives you the options on what language you would like or try giving apple a call they usually can help with stuff like that.

cheers mate its set for english language but the media player when opened is in chinese going into shop tomorrow as phone not accepting my sim now ffs lol as you said im screwed
