Iphone insurnace from www.Ensquared.com is now subject to AT&T now requiring your AT&T account details when a new iPhone handset needs to be given to you as part of a claims process. It means we need to tell ATT you have a new phone and they need to know who the new phone is going to.

AT&T is the owner of the new term requirements- this was never previously required.

Exact rules:

IPHONE PROCEDURES

Customer may be asked the following information below. This information will be required if the Iphone that is being shipped is a NEW replacement.

• Last four digits of Social Security number that account is attached to.
• Billing zip code of account.
• Password on the account – If customer does not know their password they have 3 options in which they can retrieve this information.
1) Have a text message sent to the user’s wireless device
2) Have the password emailed to the account holders email address (email address must be on file for at least 30 days for ATT to email password)
3) Customer can go to local ATT store and retrieve password from authorized store agent (identification may be asked)
