New Iphone 5s problems

Just purchased a 5s and while attempting to access iTunes an error message appeared (I think 4005 error code), now phone is stuck in recovery mode. Need help please.

Put in recovery mode then restore.
While plugged into the computer:
- hold power button for 3 sec
-while still holding power also hold the home button for 10 sec
-on the 10th sec release the power, continue holding the home until computer recognizes the iPhone in recovery mode

You are telling that its your new phone.So I think you should contact to the store for servicing.

If iTunes is open, exit iTunes
Disconnect iPhone from computer USB
Click Start menu on desktop
Go to Control Panel
Go to Programs
Go to Programs and Features
Select Apple Mobile Device Support and click repair
Connect iPhone to computer USB (device should install automatically)
Open iTunes
When prompted, click restore iPhone
OS should install now and restore factory settings
