So I just found an iphone 4. It's on some konichiwa **** and its password locked. Is there any way I can unlock the thing if i dont know the password?

There's a passcode for a reason. If it's on the latest firmware it's most likley being tracked via gps so it's probably best just to hand it in and hope for a reward...
