I don't know to explain that what happened exactly my father's phone have my iTunes password
And so he used it nose when I did backup from restore there were tow phone numbers one me and one my father and I accidentally tap that the number in my iPhone is my father so I want to change it to my number

Where does the wrong number appear: in the Settings app, or in Contacts (your information)?

The number visible in Settings - Phone can be edited, it's possible that it reverts to the one belonging to the SIM card in your iPhone automatically again afterwards, though.

Go to Settings - Phone - My Number.

Tap your telephone number.

Here it's possible to edit and save it.

It doesn't let me to tap on my number what should I do?

Try removing the SIM card, and put it in again. Make sure it's the right SIM card. Afaik, the iPhone shows the phone number that's connected to the SIM card automatically.

Did you restore your iPhone from a backup of your father's device?
