Need help with stock weather app

Can somebody help me with the stock weather app because its not working and I am looking for this tool in changes UIkitools

UIkitools are hidden from normal users, you will have to switch to Developer if you want to be able to see it under your list of packages.

O updated the untether update but the weather.app still crashing tho. Anyone heard of a fix yet?

How do you switch to developers

Got to manage, click settings, and change to developer.

Ok I went there and reinstalled it and try to use the stock weather app and it still don't work

Do you have AppSync installed? It won't work if it is. If it's not, use iFile to search for "com.apple.mobile.installation.plist" and delete it (it's stored in var/mobile/library/caches) and then reboot and it should work.

So erase app sync 6.0 or 6.1

Uninstall appsync, reinstall uikit and delete the file I listed above.

So, the weather.app won't definitely work if appsync is installed. Even if deleting the mentioned file above. Am I right?
