Need Help in obtaining password for synchronizing phone

Hello,

My name is Anne, and I hope someone can direct me to the proper thread if this is not the correct one for what I need.

My husband recently died, he always synchronized my iphone and Ipad1 and Ipad2. Unfortunately, I can not synch them because I do not have his password and I am not even sure what his user ID name was.

Does anyone know if Apple Tunes can help me and if so, how do I contact them? I really am not a computer savvy person. I don't want to lose the apps that I have on my phone, I tried a few times to enter a user id and p/w that I thought were the right ones, but each time they turned out to be incorrect. I thought it best not to try anymore for fear of having the phone locked or something like that.

I thank you in advance for any help you may provide. And if you can help, I must warn you, I am a 68 yr old lady that is tecnically challenged, so I will deeply appreciative if you keep any explanations or instructions simple.
