My phone is lost. iCloud is locked

I was at a party last night and I think my phone is stolen. Now I can't log into iCloud. Can someone help me?

Are you sure you're using the correct password? Have you tried logging in from another computer? If you have another iOS device you could try from the find my iPhone app on that device.

I couldn't log in. Good thing is I have a password on it. Can I call at&t to shut the phone so it can't be used by whoever stole it?

Yes, I would contact them. Also you could call Apple Support if you can't log into iCloud with your password.

Your carrier can also put the iPhone on the blacklist so that it can't be used on any cellular network. Also report the stolen iPhone to the police.

The OP has already stated that he can't log into his iCloud account.
