The music and all alerts tones are not working on my iphone4. The ringers are working so I can answer phone calls. But I just cannot hear any incoming text or email alerts. I can hear everything if I use the earphones. Also the volume+ and - side buttons are not working neither. I have done RESET and swapped sim cards to no avail. HELP.
