My iPhone XS Max does only flicker when watching YouTube videos at a low bright setting does it mean my device is flicker free on low brightness use?

am considering this flicker thing if it my really affect my sight as on my XS max the flicker only shows when watching YouTube video on low brightness but aside the YouTube even on lowest brightness the flicker don’t show on the literal eye only when viewed with a camera on slow mo like I said I don’t know if this is a huge loss against my flawless iPhone XS Max am not ready to spend again not for be the 11 or lcd iPhone are still downside I fo not not see them as an upgrade that’s why stick with my XS max pls what’s yuur opinion
