my i phone wont stay charged

as above it goes' from 50% to 22% in about a hour ,if i leave it for a while its' back to 30/35%.
then down to 22% even as low as 9% .i have checked my battery health and it is 80%.
i thought that was good .what do you think and is there any advice you can give me.

hello i am in the UK and it is October so not cold yet ,although i didnt' know cold weather could affect a phone.anyway .can you explain why it keeps going down .
then last night it was on 42% .i turned it off. and left it overnight. when i checked ithis morning it was on 62%. how can it charge itself

It’s not charging itself but the charge indicator is giving an incorrect indication of the charge level. You could try recalibrating the charge indicator. To do so; let the battery run down completely then connect the iPhone to the charger and don’t use it until the battery is fully charged. Let us know if this helps.
