Move photos from iPhone to pm automatically

hi I'm switching from droid to iPhone. On droid I used app called sweet home that when I got home my photos and videos would automatically move to a folder on my phone.

Is there a similar free app on iPhone that will move my pics to my o when I connect to my home WiFi?
