Mirror image on front facing camera?

My ideas or thoughts on why the front facing camera takes a picture then when you view it it's flipped via mirror image ?

No, he is saying it IS that way. He is wondering why?

On mine it is mirror image when previewing your shot and then when you snap the picture it puts it into the camera roll the right way. Go figure.

Is that how yours works too tommymac?
