Map my Helicopter Tour Flight Path

I'm going to take a helicopter tour over Volcano National Park and would like the ability to record the flight path we take and map it later. Is there any app that I could do this with? I'm thinking of something like MapMyTracks, but wasn't sure if that would handle the speed of the helicopter. Thanks.
