It doesn’t upload my previous mails what should I do ?is there someone I can contact with ?

Is this an Outlook/Hotmail/Live account?
Go to Settings - Accounts & Passwords - Accounts, and select the account. If you find “Mail Days to Sync”, tap it, and select either “No Limit”, or something that shows your emails for a more than a few days.
