Lost phone icon

Hey I lost my phone icon. Woke up one morning and it's missing. The phone option in settings is gone aswell. But I can find it in search. Is there anyway I can get my icon back in my dock. Please and thanks.

Try a reset. Close all apps then - Hold down the HOME, bottom button, and the SLEEP, top button, for about 10 seconds until the Apple icon appears, then release buttons. Allow it to reboot, it may take a few minutes, don't panic like I did, wait for it to reboot. Cures many weird problems on iOS devices.

Ok I've done the reset and all is the same. Still have no phone icon. Not to sure what else I can do short of wiping the whole phone. And I would prefer not to.

are you jailbroken? and do you have SBSettings?

if yes check in the more option in SBSettings then go to hide icons and make sure phone hasnt been turned ON in there
