I have searched but having trouble finding an app that allows me to make a list, attaching a photo to each list item (doesn't have to be a task type list but could be). Would like each list item to be dated and have ability to attach photo. Is there such a thing?

This sounds like a spreadsheet solution that might be solved with Apple's "Numbers" app. Unfortunately, I'm not a user of this app. Maybe someone else could comment.

After much more searching, I did find what I need--it's a free app called Errands To-Do. I am not really using it for errands, though I could do that a well. It allowed me to create the list I need, and it has the capability of attaching a photo to every list and to each list item. Thanks!
