Looking for good streaming webcam app

Can someone recommend a good streaming webcam app of a street or people-view of something interesting? I'm not looking for a top-of-the-building view or distant view. I like to see people walking or talking - that kind of thing. It would also be nice to have a full-screen view, not just a portal view of something.
