...or lock out "Verizon O" and "Extended O"
[[ EDIT ]] Looking again in settings, I did find a "Date Roaming" on/off button that I have not seen before. Let's see if that's it.
[[ ANOTHER EDIT ]] That didn't work. Setting Data Roaming to OFF might keep the phone from linking to Extended O data network, but I'm still seeing "Verizon O" popping up... which is what I could keep from happening on the data card. So the question below stands.
On my Verizon Wireless Data Card, I could make a setting to keep it from flipping to 1X speed or Roaming (same result). Is it possible to set up the iPhone so that it doesn't switch to 1x? I'm in a marginal area, and although 3g is always present, my phone keeps switching back and forth, back and forth. I'm using a booster and a highly directional gain antenna set. The phone is on 5.0.1 and jailbroken.
Any ideas? Thanks.
