Loading music from computer

I updated my phone to the latest update and now instead of the iPod application it says music. It's an orange icon. Now I can't figure out how to sync my music. My photos aren't syncing either. Someone please help!!!!

Do you have manually manage music or sync music selected?

Sync music. And my ringtones and pictures won't go on the phone either
