keyboard and language in Japanese

Hello :
Left my daughter playing with my iphone4 and now everything is in Japanese and I don't know how to get back to english ! 'cause I can't read Japanese!!
Please HELP!!

Go to settings>general (the icons look like gears) then the keyboard is 11 lines down. From there you should be able to set the keyboard back.

well japanesse or not, settings is the gears, then general settings is also a gear

international is the 3rd bar from the bottom of the general settings screen, then laguage is the first from the top on that screen
