JailBreak my iPhone 4s?

My friends have iPods/iPhones and say I should jail break mine as they have theirs jailbroke. Too. Should I jailbreak my 4s? If so how? And pros/cons

Not many cons accept it can void your warrenty if you don't reset the phone before you bring it in to get fixed. But it will allow you to customize your phone and everything.

Yes, I have jailbroken mine and I enjoy so much additional futures. I am sitting on 5.0.1 just because I can't without JB...

mirage is right. If you Jailbreak you cannot update your iPhone past the iOS 5.0.1.

You will lose your jailbreak if you update to 5.1.

I don't jailbreak. Way to many cons to even consider it. Jailbreak is at your own risk. And there are many.
