Jailbreak and Itunes

Hello,

I recently jailbroke my iphone 4.2.1 version. But If I want to add new songs and connect my phone to the computer via USB and open itunes.. it automatically deletes all those cracked apps I donwloaded..

How do i prevent his from happening?
Is there an option on Itunes or do i have to install some Cydia app?
