When do you get the receive after purchase?

You should get an email receipt to the email address associated with your Apple account.
The email will be from Apple and will say, "your receipt from Apple", and also show you what you purchased and the amounts of each purchase. Here is a screenshot of mine with some of the info blocked out for my own safety reasons.

I get these emails about a day or 2 after I have purchased items either at the App Store or from iTunes. Hope this helps. Have a good one and good day.

That’s not always the same. Usually, you don’t get the receipt immediately. It can vary between a few hours and a few days.

Normally it takes a couple days for me to get mine. I don't get them right away for sure. Sorry if I didn't make that clear. Apologies.

I get iBook receipts quicker than apps, music or movies but like everyone else it may be a couple of hours or up to 4 or 5 days
