iTunes Error 37

i plugged my iphone in and attempted to restore it. error 37 popped up on my screen. what is this due to and how can i fix it?

Disable your AV and Firewall. Otherwise, it's a hardware issue on the 4.

You'll need to get it straightened out since those are the only 2 possible problems for the 4 with error 37

so there is a way or i acquired a brick?

Bricking is with -1 errors. 37 is just a hardware issue. Which one you'll have to find out
