hi my friends.
I have 2 questions.
1.why music&ringtones dont import in my iphone by itools ?
2.does restor 6.1.2 to6.1.2?

1. Use iTunes or iExplorer instead. It'll make sure that they're in there properly. Especially the ringtones.

2. No. You can't restore to an iOS of your choice with or without SHSH blobs on the iPhone 4S. There are no workarounds.
