Issue with cydia packages

I'm having an issue with getting packages to refresh. I get the normal black bar where it shows cydia updating then it just stops and I get this.

Slow connection causes it to timeout.

Weird bc I'm on LTE and that's strange. Oh we'll maybe a busy network lol
