Is there a PC Suite for iPhone 4s?

I would like to use my iPhone 4s through PC like I could did with Sony PC Companion, Is there a programme that I can use to do this? I don't mind paying for the right programme.

You can try copytrans . I have been using it for more than a year now and they are the only ones in market who keep updating their tool as and when a new IOS emerges ... The tool has separate modules to accomplish every task which makes it very easy to use... Best of all they are 100% legitimate
