Is Text reply to calls possible?

Is there an app to send a message instead on answering a call. Instead of decline can I immediately send the caller an SMS.

with ios 6 this will be one of the new features so just hold out for ios 6 ans you will have it there on a stock ipsw

On a Jailbroken iPhone you can decline a call and have a pre arranged text message sent off to the caller explaining you are in a meeting etc... off hand can't recall tweak...may come back to me...?
