Is it safe for my att sim card to be using by friend to jailbreak iphone?

A friend wants to use my att sim card "phone contract out, soon to upgraded", to jailbreak an iphone.
If that person gets arrested from say "drug charges", & phone is confiscated by the law, Can the jailbreak &
any information on friends phone be traced back to my phone and get me involved? This person has a record, I
am very leery! Is jailbreaking iphone legal now?

Yes...wouldn't do anything to your SIM.....no big deal.

Let him use to activate his phone...then take it back. No harm in it at all.
