Is it possible retieve text messages that were deleated?

Is there a way to retieve text messages that were deleated? I have generally sync"d and or backed up my oPhone 4s every few days. However, the messages I need date back to roughly 2 weeks ago. Is there a solution out there? Additionally, moving forward in hopes of preventing this from happening again. Does anyone recommend a specific text forward to email App?

The only way to revrieve a deleted test msg is if you performed a backup via iTunes while that message was still on your iDevice. With that you can restore your iDevice from the backup and the text message will be there. If you don't have a backup from when the message was present... then no you cannot retrieve it. Sorry.. :-(
