iPhone5 photo problems

Do you mean there are no photos in the folder on your computer?
Ive deleted the other thread you posted on this same topic. we only allow one thread per topic as having multiple threads for one problem can confur=se the issue and make the conversation hard to follow.

Sorry Scifan, the previous message came back as an error, thanks for fixing it up.
I've got several photos on my phone, in fact I took some today, but when I connect the phone to the computer, it shows Internal Store (7.70BG of 14.9GB) and when I click on that it says "this folder is empty"
I shouldnt think this would make any difference, but a few days ago I had my Win 7 upgraded to Win 10 ???

Sorry again Scifan, I managed to get the photos, seems I had to have photos open on the phone before desktop would show them to me.
