IPhone to IPhone texting

So I just got my IPhone 4 today..my boyfriend lives in Canada and I live in the US(for now)..does the whole iMessage thing work internationally? Does it show up on the bill? And does FaceTime show on the bill?:messages:

iMessage does work internationally... they do not show up on your bill. FaceTime does not show up on the bill either as it works over WiFi and doesn't use your cellular data.

Be sure to make sure you don't get charged. AT&T accidentally charged me for a bunch of imessage texts. I called them and instantly removed the charge.
