So when I woke up this morning I got dressed and what not my iPhone was working fine! On my way to school, I double tapped the home button to open multitasking and it'd open and close CONTINUALLY! So than I tried it on the lock screen when you double tap for the music options & THE SAME THING happened! Can someone help me with this? I have a iPhone 4.

What's the last few tweaks/repos you've installed via Cydia?

I'd uninstall it... and see if the problem persists.

Uninstall... then Hard Reset. Hold your Home & Power buttons together until the Apple logo appears... then release both buttons.
