Iphone gets respring.

When I try to download any app from AppStore or to update, my iPhone freezes and respring to safe mode, on safe mode I can download normally, but I wish to know why this is happening..?

Perform a hard reset by pressing and holding both your power and home buttons until you see the Apple logo (or your boot logo if you've changed it) then release both.

Alternatively, if you have a tweak for the AppStore, remove it and see if that resolves it. If you're able to download in Safe Mode/No Substrate Mode, but not in the normal state, then there's a conflict with a package and the AppStore.
