iPhone contact

hi.
I need help. how do I delete all contact in phone and in iCloud server.
after delete I would like to fresh input all contact.
anybody expert.

Sign in to iCloud (iCloud) Select the Contacts icon there. Then tap Settings at the bottom right. Choose "Select All", and when all your contacts are marked, tap "Settings" once more to select "Delete". A popup will appear, asking you to confirm to delete (the number of) contacts in iCloud. Confirm to remove them all from iCloud.

Your Contacts list should be empty afterwards.
