9to5 Mac reports that Apple has today officially confirmed that the iPhone 7 will be launching in seven more countries later this month. The new countries that will be getting Apple’s latest flagship phone include Egypt on October 20, Korea and Colombia on October 21, and several other countries, including Cameroon, Botswana, Kenya, and Mozambique on October 28.

Korea and Colombia will also be getting the new Apple Watch Series 2 on October 21 as well as the iPhone 7.

Amidst all these new launches, and Samsung’s troubles with the permanent withdrawal of the Galaxy Note 7, Apple is due to report its fiscal Q4 earnings on October 25, which will be the first report to show something of the first month of iPhone 7 sales, following on from the device’s launch in September. Industry watchers are therefore eagerly awaiting these first figures, which should make very interesting reading, what with Apple not having provided opening weekend figures for the iPhone 7 because of supply constraints.
