Hello,

02/24/2015 I bought myself an iPhone 6 in gold, in the USA, NY. The phone was used two days, and as always with all new stuff was taken VERY good care of.. But then I should charge it the second time, I heard a sound from the phone and smoke stood out of the device. I took it back to the Apple Store, and was told that it was liquid damaged.

Anybody can help me on how I can go forward with this?

Unless you purchased AppleCare+ at the time you bought the iPhone 6, you're out of luck. Liquid damage is not covered under the standard warranty but is covered under AppleCare+ which covers up to two instances of accidental damage.
