Iphone 5 and Calendar Changes

Hi

Im looking to find out if anyone else is experiencing the same problem i am since upgrading my iphone software. I use reminders in my calendar all day to remind me of appointments and to do things, its synced up to my exchange server also, but since the phone and software upgrade whenever a calendar reminder pops up, it just disappears, i used to have to clear it before it went.

Is there a setting that i can change to reinstate this in the old way.
