iPhone 4s Selling Question.

Lets say I want to sell my iPhone 4s to help pay for the new iPhone 5, can I remove the sim out of my 4s and continue to pay the contract, and then when I buy the iPhone 5 just put the sim in the new phone?​

Yes... that'll work. However, it'll have to be a phone that accepts the micro sim the iPhone 4S uses. With that, though, you can request a standard SIM in it's place until the next iPhone releases... then go back to what'll fit.
