Frankly, is it possible to record a conversation with another party using Voice Memos recorder?!

Unfortunately no... not possible w/ the native Voice Memo funtion on the iPhone. The only way to enable any type of call recording is to first Jailbreak your iPhone.

Yes, Yes, YES!!! This is the most important aspect of having call recording capability. The vast majority of anywhere requires that you advise the opposing person you're recording that.... the call is being recorded.
