The pic you've posted is not of a Apple iPhone 4S. No way to tell if it's a China knock-off... could have came from anywhere. And no, the iPhone's do not support additional memory cards.

Nor does the battery have a yellow packaging/wrap on it. The microSD is a dead giveaway that it's a fake.

You can clearly see the differences between your phone and the real iPhone 4S.
