iphone 4s-outlook

Hi jrdavis2 here. I use outlook at work as my email and was using it as well on my iphone 4s until i updated to ios8. as soon as i did the update i no longer get emails. Help! anyone experience this and how did you fix it. Jrdavis2

Have you tried deleting the outlook email account, then adding it again?

Yes have tried that and it says cannot verify. Guess i need to contact my IT dept. My coworkers are not having this problem

Mail Settings Lookup - Apple Support

Do you use 2 step-verification for the account? You'd need an app specific password in that case.
