iphone 4s LED alert not working.

Guys,
Even after turning "ON" the LED notification in settings. The led flash is not blinking for calls and text. Try rebooting but no use.

Make sure you have flash set to "on" IN THE CAMERA APP ITSELF. If you have more than one camera app, set the flash to on in those apps as well. Not "auto" but "on."
