iPhone 4s... Can I Resale it?

Moved away for work and can no longer afford the monthly payments, it's still under contract... can I resale it after I remove the SIM card... I know it will be locked to the certain network though.

Well you could sell it, but if your under contract that doesn't release you from your monthly bill. To stop paying that you would face an ETF.

Thanks, yeah that was the plan with the proceeds I would pay off my remaining balance and ETF.
