iPhone 4s Apple Logo Reboot

This only occurs when I plug it into the charger. When i attempt to restore it loops and on Apple it gets stuck on the "verifying iphone restore with Apple" then i get error 1602, where do i go from here?

160X is a driver issue. Uninstall your USB drivers then reboot your PC. If not, uninstall your USB drivers and iTunes, reboot, reinstall iTunes, retry. Otherwise, use a different computer or create a new User on your PC and retry.

*FIXED* Thanks willerz. Is it true these problems dont happen on a Mac?

AFAIK yes. It's because iTunes has always, and I mean ALWAYS had a conflict with Windows. iTunes and Macs are basically brothers and sisters since it was originally designed with the Mac as the primary OS all the way back in the day

You won't get 160X driver related issues, but you can still get other issues
