iPhone 4S and Firewall issue

I searched the forum and couldn't find anything on the subject. I have Comcast as an ISP. They recently upgraded their free Norton Internet Security Suite, which required me to uninstall the old and install the new. Before I installed the new Suite I had my phone set to automatically prompt me to transfer any new pics on my phone to my computer as soon as I plugged it in to my computer. I no longer get the prompt nor does it automatically transfer my pics. I feel certain this has something to do with the Firewall configuration on the new Norton but I don't know what to look for to change the setting. Sorry if this is the wrong place ... didn't know where else to go. Can anyone help me?
