I have a problem. I have an iPhone 4, which used to connect fine to my Intempo docking stereo and I could control everything through my remote. As soon as I upgraded to iOS5 it no longer connected. It charges, and the sound comes out of the speakers, but no connection and no control. I am now on iOS6 and it is the same.
I have tried my phone in other docks, which has been the same, I have tried restoring it, reseting it, cleaning out the connector socket on the phone. It has never been wet either, so that shouldn't be it.
I have also tried my friends iPhone 4S running iOS6 in my dock, which worked perfectly, so the dock can support newer phone and iOS6, but for some reason ti won't support iPhone 4 running iOS6.
I have read that this has happened alot with iPhone 4 ownvers since the iOS5 upgrade, but haven't yet found if there is anything to make it work again, so if anyone can give me any pointers here that would be greatly appreciated.
